Water Safety Program
Help Clean Up The Indian River Lagoon In Celebration of Earth Day!
Surfing’s Evolution & Preservation Foundation is proud to be a sponsor of the GreenSpace Water Alliance (GWA) Earth Day event to remove trash and debris from the shorelines of the Indian River Lagoon. We are able to support programs such as this through the sale of the Endless Summer® specialty license plate.
Get Involved!
Communities are invited to rally together April 25, 2026 – Earth Day — from 8 am – 11 am. Last Earth Day in 2025, 220 GWA volunteers removed 2,114 pounds of litter from lagoon shorelines.
Participation in the cleanup event is free, and supplies are allocated for each site based on registrations, so it is very important to register as soon as possible.
There are 5 locations across Brevard where the cleanup events will be held – visit https://www.gswateralliance.org/ to register. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Purchasing the Endless Summer® specialty license plate is one way you can help protect the 1200 + miles of coastline and over 600 miles of sandy beaches that make up Florida.
