Endless Summer Plate Gets Support from Escambia County
Partnership in the community can take many forms and one example is our collaboration with the Escambia County Tax Collector’s Office.
Recently we supported an in-service training for Escambia’s employees to educate them on the impact the sale of the Endless Summer license plate can make for coastal communities across Florida.
Surfing’s Evolution & Preservation Foundation provided banner signage for the tax collector office locations that inform consumers about the plate, as well as goody bags and pizza for employees during the in-service. Scott Lunsford, Tax Collector for Escambia County, got the morning started with a lively introduction about promoting the plate, followed by trivia games and activities.
Looks like they had loads of fun! With their help to promote the Endless Summer plate, we can further our mission in supporting organizations around the state of Florida dedicated to initiatives including beach clean-up, safety, access, environmental concerns and preserving the surfing lifestyle.
Thanks Escambia Tax Collector’s Office for your support to help spread the word about the Endless Summer license plate.
